Boost pressure will have no effect on C.O or idle speed as no boost is produced then. Idle speed should be adjusted as the post above said but the idle speed control valve needs to be unpluged too. Doing a boost leak test is a good idea as i done one on mine recently and found 3 leaks form as little as 10psi 1 injector seal, Air charge sensor and boost hose.
