Apart from the issues I've noted for you over on FFOC, another one with the ST170 inner manifold is the size of the ports in the head. The window in the ST170 manifold is about 5mm higher at the top leaving a big step on the head right in front of the injectors.
Are you going to take the head off to match the ports?

i do remember you posting a pic on the ffoc before about that martin. could it not be reshaped using chemical metal or some form of resin? keep the injectors in the TB's rather than in the manifold and blank the injector ports off? or am i trying too hard? lol
i need do a little work to my inlet manifold before i put it on the car, hack away at the scuttle panel too as the plenum will be pretty much ontop of the wiper motor
