The 'Magnum Engineering' kit gets the motor in the hole, but it sure aint a refined bit of kit.
I've forgotten which mag, think it was 'Fast Ford', they did an article on a V8 conversion, based on the 'Magnum' kit. The feature was at least 3 years old, try and get a back issue maybe? Someone on the forum must have a copy?
To give you an idea, they shim the engine mounts with washers to set the engine in place! Go Tiny's route, do the conversion to your spec.
If you do the conversion yourself, make sure the diff and gearbox pinion angles are equal, but opposite, otherwise you'll get a propshaft vibration. Other than that, it's a pretty straight forward conversion.... As they go!
