Yeah, the large 7ft wall is the sea defense wall, that didnt uesed to exist and was only added about 8yrs ago as the sea started to come right across and flood the area regularly in high winds...
The bit you have walked along with Nicole (Where she's stood in that pic) is often over 2ft deep in sea water
