Had pheasent once - years and years ago, my old grandad brought a couple round xmas eve one year, and proceeded to spend the rest of the evening, plucking em and ripping the insides out on the kitchen table Then he come back round xmas morning and cooked em - don't remember too well (was about 15 ys ago i think) but I think I liked pheasent aswell...
