As above. I have trackers on my vans and they're not there for the purposes you're associating them with. Presuming it's a "normal" van, you won't require an O-Licence and need to keep tacho records etc.
I've just ordered a specially-built 3.5t wagon with an extended 6.5 metre bed as needed a longer vehicle, but didn't want to go down the road of O-licences for this particular vehicle as I've been there, done it and it's a pain in the arse! I will have to do it again in the future no doubt as buisness grows over time, but at this stage it's more hassle than it's worth.
