As mentioned above, its the lack of trust that annoys me.
They say its for cheaper insurance....... but most companies use them to coinside with timesheets hhmmmmmmmm!!!!

I'd say; if you dont trust your guys, why employ them in the first place.

My subs just string out a 12hr shift that could be done in 8, as they cant leave.
Give guys an insentive rather than reign them in, get more respect and more work done IMO.
Treat them like kids, this is what happens. Turns into "survival of the fittest".
