A little update....

Progress has slowed down, due to 2 things: The massively tedious job of removing all the underseal from a large car, and my the earache my missus has been giving me about focusing on my preperation for RAF selection in January (which is fair enough lol)

but i have been able to get in a hour here and there, a few times a week...

Finally got my rear beam off, so have been able to start doing the underseal it was blocking

20 year old ford underseal, 3-4 mil thick in places. its a wonder these things can rust at all

rear end, mainly cleaned up

stripped floor

oily mess, this is some after market sealent thats been put on. done the hjob, but a proper pain to get off. hardsuch chips off fine, but the softer bits are going to require petrol and elbow grease

Me, enjoying my sunday afternoon

Once its all done, the holes will be welded up, brown bits removed and/or treated and the whole floor zinc or etch primed. then this stuff is going on...

Upol Raptor loadliner. should take the knocks and bumps suffieciently. and is also tintable, so will come out Moonstone Blue with the addition of a bit of base coat

cheers for reading, sorry its not the most interesting post
