You mean the rotor arm as they do not have points? Have you checked to see if the faulty injector has power by measuring with a meter or by placing a bulb in the connector (sidelight bulb is ideal) you should see a reading of 12V or the bulb will "Pulse" if so this means power is good and injector is faulty.

More than likely it will be a power issue due to the old wiring breaking, remember injectors run 12V CONSTANT not switched.
