big yin can i ask if you tried rotating both cams fully and did they lockup or not ???
only ask as it feels like the cams are rotating free enough and snapping shut on the lobes nicely , hence me telling her to try a belt on the offchance as i know these are an "interference engine"

and yes have a impact gun and figured it was tight lol ..
looks as if the cambelt never been changed either
