Right I have been going to the gym for over a year and dropped from just ova 15 stone to just under 14 stone which is great I try and go three times a week If possiable. My body strength has more than doubled which Is good , but I can't shift and tone my stomach now I have lost the weight by exersisein more than I was and cuttin rubbish food out of my diet but now I think I need to look at my diet to progress.
I would like to know what sort foods I should be eating, no eating, carb intake , protine intake ect any advice is greatly revived
my workout contains both cv and weights and is veried each time I go.
