I agree to an extent, the charts today are full of singers performing other folks songs, they're not musicians. Which to an extent is how its always been, but I agree with Lee there is a lack of decent bands who write their own stuff compared to the 90's, but thats partially down to the prolific explosion of good bands onto the scene in the early nineties.

But there are some crackers out there today
