I suppose its down to what you want and what you expect, but it sounds like your standards are too high.

So what is it you want then? Bing Crosbie? Jackson Five? The Doors? I just can't see that there was anything better then than there is now, except now there is a far more diverse range of stuff to listen to.

As for X-Factor, I can't understand people saying that NO talent comes out of X-Factor, OK, so there is ALOT of shit in there, but it does uncover some seriously talented singers too. You listen to alot of acts live and tell me that their voices are any better than these X-Factor kids?
