It's not as starightforward as giving you a lisrt of parts....impossible anyway for what you're talking about! As said an st170 head with a zetec bottom end is jjust a zetec turbo not a zvh, and if you're insisting on going 4wd then you may as well go for a cossie engine as that conversion has been done! Not worth it unless you can do it all yourself though or fancy chucking 20k or so at an rs turbo in one go in my opinion.
