The ECU you on your car controls the Fuel injection system, in which the injectors are electronically operated, whereas the old MFi system was mecanically operated/controlled.

Ahhh, its all clear to me now.... nah the only reason I posted the dizzy limiter was because my XR3i had the same thing and it cut out at 5500 rpm too. Soooo I thought it was the same thing.
