My old mondeo did about 80K miles on LPG without too much drama, did have a head gasket go (engine was on about 150K by then anyway though) but I dont think that was anything to do with the LPG.

Ive had a few LPG cars now and never had a problem, or heard of anyone having problems.

johnny bravo on here would be the one to ask though, he used to have a lot to do with LPG cars


I think if anything they are more reliable than petrol in terms of the engine, as its so much purer a fuel.
