Not so easy anymore, the government has different powers these days I believe, I think they have managed to word things in such a way that attempting to stop the distribution of fuel is classed as a terrorist act, and effectively anything that classes as "terrorist" in the current regime means that they can do what the fuck they want to you.
So gone are the days of peaceful blockades IMHO
