So long as the plug is running hot enough to burn off the carbon that deposits on them it will be fine, the IK especially are very goo in this respect, despite using a fairly crap electrical/heat conductor for the centre electrode.
QC59 are very cold running and so would be far more prone to fouling problems if not used hard.
