It could well be condensation, if there isn't enough ventilation in there then the walls will go that colour.... just from looking at the photos it looks like you have condensation at the bottoms of your windows too on the inside.... opening the windows is the only way really, unless you go get a dehumidifier....
dehumidifier's are nosiey though?
plus, you want to be using one of them in the garage to keep the car in top condtion, not in your bedroom!
personally i would move out..
