Seen as selection is in January and its November already i wouldnt even bother with protein supp. or even altering you diet overly much, just get out and do some good cardio. Frequency to your training is where you'll make the biggest improvement.... providing you dont overtrain and/or get injured. Train for what you need to and dont waste to much time cross training, it'll only run you down and prevent you from getting the most out of the next training session.
