Quick bite to eat, have a piss and get yourself to bed, first day in bed you will probably toss and turn a bit but after the 3rd night you will be well in the 'nightshift mode' and will sleep like a baby. Make sure you get a blackout blind or make the bedroom as dark as possible and use some earplugs if you are a light sleeper.
