what car is it and what else have u taken off?

if so. do the top mount back up and then use a wooden chock or similar on the carrier and then carefull of paintwork bash it with a hammer and it should slowly slide off. if its really stuck soak it in wd40 or diesel.
then it should look like this just with TCA's etc still in place etc.
