untill i left Powers last year we woule still use a dymo machine to print a label for chips, as for rst's, Power 1 used to be a bleed valve, actuator & 10 psi for around 155bhp, Power 2 was the same with a chip to get around 175bhp
early converted ecu's had the standard chips reprogrammed, later ones had a chip carrier & a new chip.
easy way to tell is, if the car runs a bar or more of boost, then its chipped
