Ideally wanna eat between 2/4grams protein to bodyweight to bulk up the amount of muscle your wanting to expect to visit the toilet often

but will be worth it later on
cheers for the info mate, i have been trying to get as much protein in as i can, but im having trouble eating as much as i do, i have gone from 700 calories a day to loose the weight, now i cant physicaly eat as much as i would like
