A little storey on this particular mod I was at middx rsoc one evening and was talking to a fellow member about the recent power upgrade in my car, he said to me "have you got yourself a front diff strengthening plate yet" to which I replied "no not yet is it a good mod?"

he then went on to tell me a storey about a big power 4x4 saph that was eating front diffs like nobodies business, after the 2nd or 3rd diff from ford when they were still available at £400 a pop the last diff that went into said car was a 2nd hand item but coupled with a diff plate it never broke another front diff again after that

Suffice to say I bought one and had it fitted whilst I was fitting my GT30 and other mods

I got mine off Rainbirdy but I think its a Reyland jobbie it has the two big circular holes in it to let the oil circulate properly I have seen others on the bay without the big circular holes in them, they only had the main cut out for the crown wheel

Used some clear sealant stuff on mine and don't have any leaking issues
