At 6'2 and a tad under 12st then you will need to put on say 17-20lbs.
Firstly mate whats your diet like, food is the only way you will grow!! You can spend hours a week in the gym trying to get big but if your not eating correctly then you wont grow!! Chicken, Turkey, Mince, Steak, Tuna, Salmon, Eggs, Milk are all very good sources of protein. Oats, whoalmeal bread, rice, whoalmeal pasta, spuds are all great sources of carbs. You will also need to be eating 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 medium meals.
Protein shakes are good but they wont perform magic........keep to the food bud and have a shake after training and before bed for the time.
