The side mouldings are held on by clips and double sided tape

The bumper strips are just clips .

When I coloured coded mine a couple of years ago I splashed out on new mouldings all round..expensive yes but unless you are careful in removal you will break the clips and distort the mouldings and just end up with a pile of scrap plastic
Take your time and you may get away with it.
