Hi, I'll be hillclimbing a standard st170 next year. Mods are limited, but wheels are free, so I have two questions if anyone knows :

1. what's the maximum width you can go to on a 17" rim without mods?

2. what's the minimum diameter rim that will clear the brakes etc ? (might come down to a lower size to change gearing)
