If your talking about my map dojj they are indeed fuelling values, but they are not a direct representation of anything (like Milliseconds) they are just a variable in part of the equation that determines how long the injectors are open for (other variables are, injector size/flow rate, engine cc, etc..)
The Omex map that was in the same thread IIRC was actually in milliseconds so it depends on what ECU your mapping.
