The raceway at Daytona, and NASA at Cape Canaveral are both good days out.

I was told the Warbirds (old war planes) was good, but only after we got back!) so can't say for sure.

Discovery Cove was too expensive for me (I lived in Aberdeen for 8 years!) but swimming with dolphins seems to be a great experience. SeaWorld was good enough for me and was surprisingly good - especially the free beer at the Anhauser Busch pavilion.
