The ABS on the Escort and Fiesta RS Turbo is shockingly poor. I ripped it out of my S2 and my brothers FRST. Definately improved things.

Personaly I'm not big on driver aids, I'm driving the car, I'm in control not a computer and I'm happiest that way. On the flip side though modern ABS is pretty damn impressive. I won't be removing it from my A4 but do intend on adding a switch so it can be shut out should I want to
