the lack of "toys" in it could just mean its a base "L" model or similar. i have an orion L and from factory they're dire.
The rot factor is abit confusing though as German built ones as a rule of thumb are better.

someone will be able to translate the vin though i'm sure. i cant remember how to do it, and if i could, i dont know what the codes stand for sorry i couldn't be more helpful!
