Ignore what Ford quote. Most of the figures are done on engine dynos so bear no relevance to the real world.

For the ST200 you'll get 20-25 around town and up to 30 on a long steady run. If you cane it you'll get under 20 very easily.

I'd imagine high 20s to early 30s for the RS2K, but that's just a guess.
