All stage 3 on a cossie lump is , 3 bar map sensor, bigger injectors (usually greens, remap (live map preferably), probably uprated fuel pump? Usual uprated exhaust and filter will help too. Posibly uprated head gasket?
Not with the cossie tuning stages so that's a close guess above.
ECU wouldn't need upgrading. You could use the standard L8 or even use a P8. You could get the running gear from a cossie. There's always some being broken on here. Paul from North York Spares is a good bet to get all your bits from from the feedback I have seen on this website.
If you wanted to go for 350 bhp I'd recommend an uprated cooler and T34 turbo. Those are two things you'd end up doing on an rs turbo anyway.
Trust me I have been to the extremes with a spec on an rs turbo and costs a bloody fortune. Go for the cossie route on an S1 and you have the best of both worlds.
Look up Cossie S1 on Youtube. Shifty's one is on there. There was also a vid of one launching at the traffic lights against an evo and demolishing it. Was very comical as I doubt he was expecting it.
