Genuine question Ollie, I understand that the proper/normal way for 'using' is to get right into shape naturally and then start off slowly on steds... but what are the reasons for someone thats got a basic/general level of fitness (like Benni) not being suitable for using stuff to bulk up a wee bit quicker as they train??
