Hiya basically lived with my exes for last few years and they were already settled into there houses etc but now back home at the mothers i desperatly want to move out
basically I live in Bristol, I hate it here and after spending a few days at a mates down in Paignton in Devon I have decided that is where I am going, I loved it there so where do i start

found a couple places up for rent (have to rent to start as have noway near enough for a mortgage deposit just yet) this is the one I am planning on viewing, hardly luxury but great for a first time batchelor pad http://www.findaproperty.com/display...=1&pid=1766727

what I need to know is inc council tax and bills etc how much roughly per month am i going to have to set aside for all bills etc like i said i used to just woo the birds til they asked me to move in then i would just bung them a few quid each week for there troubles lmao.

the real stinger is work is short on the ground in paignton and torquay area so would most likely internal transfer through work to our exeter office which is a 30 minute drive (about the same as i do now )
