I get all my chicken breast from the butcher too. Works out soooo much cheaper than Tesco's etc. My diet is costing me around £40 a week so not to bad.
Mine is a little less I think. Mainly because we always have rice, new potatoes and some other bits and bobs in already from Mum's main shop.
Three shakes a day isn't cheap though, so gonna' buy the one Snedboy gets and flavour it with Banana's.
