Dont forget if you do get the efi flywheel you will still need to make the holes bigger to fit it to the zetec crank and as said above you will need a zetec flywheel off a 115ps 1.8 zetec and not the one you got as it sounds like you have the mtx75.

So your left with 2 options
1 buy a cvh efi flywheel drill holes bigger and use clutch you already have.
2 buy a zetec 115 1.8 flywheel and an rst 220mm clutch.

It really depends on how old your clutch is already as if it was me i would be fitting a new one any way just to save the hassle of fitting one in a few months (yep been down that road before lol)

Did you get the engine from an escort or was it a mondeo?

My mk3 undergoing a dummy blacktop and ib5 box fitting

Only reason i used the ib5 is to put the starter at the back as my manifold is too tight to the block to allow fitment of the starter at the front of the engine but then it was designed for a focus 2.0 blacktop which has the starter at the back any way and i get all the bolt holes using the mk4 box you wont be able to fit 1 bolt at the back where the starter would go as the lug on the engine is not there but dont worry its not a problem i ran like that for 2 years or more without problems.

I really miss that car should never have sold it wife has still not forgiven me lol
