I've dropped about 1.5 - 2 stones of fat since april (5'7" and 13.5+ stones), havent really moved down since end of july, as hurt my foot, which stopped me running and then other stuff came up so training went out of the window.
Foot sorted now, so went running again today and did weights tonight, currently at 11 stone 8lbs.
So far I'm impressed with myself, went from being a balloon (pictures at family gathering made me want to heave) to almost back to being as fit as I was when I lived in Canada but with more muscle overall. (had bigger arms in Canada as ripping apart cars, but otherwise was really really wirey ( <9.5 stones in weight when I got back from Canada in 2006, zero exercise and bad eating meant 4 stones piled on....not good)
Not an adonis by any means but no longer a walking heart attack victim.
