Very toxic as orals and personally I think the sides are very harsh. Called 50 as they are 50mg. If doing other ana tabs they are usually 5mg or 10mg and I would personally only intake a does of 30mg a day. Any more sees too many bad sides imho, bloating and water retention, anger, spots etc etc. Basically all the negative sides that those not in the know associate with all steroids. Put on too much too quick, most of it water, and then it all drops off. There starts the cycle of constant use as you feel small & weak so jump back into gear going down the slipery slope.

Others get on great with it though. I have to say that I have never used it, just going by what I've seen my mates go through as an outsider. That has put me off.
