Look first at the FPR, fuel pressure regulator on the front/forward end of the fuel rail, and at the top will either be a hole in the top where a allen key has been inserted to fiddle with the fuel pressure, OR it will still have the little dull grey tin alloy blanking seal on there, if this is the case it will be ok, and not need adjusting.
To check you will need a pressure gauge hooked into the fuel rail between the rail and regulator is easiest, then note the reading with engine running, and adjust if necessary, after confirming with msd what it should be, it will almost certainly be std which is 3 bar(45psi) with the vaccum line ON/connected to the FPR, with the line disconnected(and blocked with bolt etc) it will go up to around 3.7.
