Hire an engine hoist for a couple of days and do it yourself. Its more satisfying too, once its in and you get it running.
Either that or find some one local who works on cars, no way would i pay 400 quid for an engine removal/fitment.

considered that.. i have a hoist already.... wouldn't know where to start lol
