I was 14 stone ripped with a six pack and the best i ever got to was, Flat bench 140 kg for 10 reps with an olympic bar steroid free
I recently went back after 18years off and went straight into 100kg
so im well pleased and hope to get back to my pb !!!
Its going to be a struggle but i shal persever,
