I always use underseal and it's always dried okay for me - although it will take a few days. Seems good stuff. I try to touch up the underside at least once a year. I also removed the wheel arch liners and undersealed it all with the yellow waxoyl and then replaced the liners and sealed them with the black underseal to stop any water and muck getting behind them.
