I am sure hubs are pretty strong stuff but there must be something wrong if brake discs wont last 500km until are totally warped. I took front brakes professionally serviced and every piece is new except hubs. Hub/disc surface was sanded to complete flat, it was shotblasted couple of mohts ago before that. All bushes, tca´s etc are new. I did read one topic here where was discussion about front hubs and similar problems and solution was set of new hubs. Problem was something related that bearing places in the hub were with too big tolerance and bearing was loose so it cause vibration in brakes too
