If you are pretty handy with a welder, and can make your own custom engine mounts, then i don't think it will be that hard, but by the time you added the costs in for a custom intercooler, exhaust, aftermarket management, bigger brakes, suspension etc...it would of been cheaper to buy a S2 outright, it would probably be easier to source a focus rs engine and loom off ebay.
