on the cossie it cuts in at 98C though since fitted my new alloy rad it never gets there unless its been idling for fookin ages!! Can remember with my std rad i only had to be stoped for 1min and the fans would cut in Now with a more powerful engine it runs shit loads cooler!

IMO get new rads peeps makes helof a difference
