Whilst at my local caravan place I bought some dehumidifiers.
The difference with these is they are rechargeable, and last it says 3-4 months on a charge, they come in a pack of two for around £22, with obviously the charge lead, they are about 9" in diameter, and are said by other people to work very well.
Just thought it might interest car owners for laid up cars, or maybe even ones that are used all the time.
I'll dig the packaging out and put up the make/model, and website if there is one.
The part I like is 3-4 months use, so ideal for remote locations, with no power supply.

My air conditioner is a dehumidifer as well. I set it to turn on once a day. Once it gets cold it goes in the garage. I keep the temp in the garage between 7-10c and I keep the car full of petrol.
