As said all Cosworths bar T25 Escos had the SAME recirculating dump valve, the to has a DV or not always is arguable on here, I run one and believe you should if running high boost otherwise the fact is the turbo will not last as long or as said if unlucky a shaft will snap.

I also found better spool up between gears with one because the turbo is not stalling.
