Dead simple to get this off as i was struggling until AG stepped in with the solution - get a jubelee clip and cut the end off (the bit you turn with screwdriver) so you are left with just the rounded bit - push that into the back of the of what is pictured above and this will open the spring in the rear allowing you to pull the fitting apart.
